What payment offers SiaLinda?

In addition to prepayment, we also offer various credit cards, Paypal, Apple & Google Pay and a whole range of other payment methods. Here you can find the complete overview:

Can I order by invoice?

Regular customers who have already successfully placed several orders with us or good customers we know personally can order on account.
In this case, please choose the payment method "prepayment/bank transfer" and contact us by phone or mail. We will then adjust the order manually and ship before receiving payment, so immediately.

Can I pay cash on delivery or by direct debit?

No, we do not offer these two payment methods. The costs and the "failures" were too high. Please choose from one of the other payment methods:

When is my order ready for shipment?

Our promise: each order that reaches us from Monday to Friday until 14:00, will be ready for dispatch on the same day and handed over to the transporter!

How long does shipping take?

Of course, this depends on the destination (country). Within Germany, our shipments usually reach the recipient after 1-3 business days. For foreign countries you will find the corresponding information on our shipping page:

I need my order urgently. What can I do?

1. order before 14:00 if possible.

2. Please choose a payment method that immediately sends us a payment confirmation, e.g. credit card and limited also Paypal (here already the normal transmission can take 1-2 hours and in some cases the payment is "checked" for days)

3. Within Germany we also offer DHL EXPRESS as a standard option. Here you will receive the order guaranteed on the next business day. Here you can find more information: SiaLinda

However, we have to check this manually, because the rates vary from country to country. In any case the surcharges are unfortunately much higher than for Germany!

I'm not sure with the size ...

No problem .
We strongly recommend to pay attention to our size tables, which can be found with each product. Our cuts and sizes do not necessarily correspond to what you are used to from "German manufacturers" or American brands. We follow the "leading countries of fashion", i.e. Italy and France.
If you are wavering between two sizes, then we recommend to order these two and try on at home in peace.
The non-fitting size simply send us back and we will refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt. It goes without saying that the parts may only be tried on (as for example in a store) and may not be worn or "worn out" longer.
You probably don't want to receive a used piece from us or one that is covered with animal hair...

I want to try on your things. Is that possible? Where?

Yes, that is possible:
Every year we are present at several trade fairs and events all over Germany. We usually have either "everything" there or a good cross-section of the range. If in doubt, contact us in advance if you have a special request!

Or you come to us in our showroom, if Nuremberg is accessible for you - perhaps on the way to or from vacation? We are e.g. only 5min away from the highway exit Nuremberg-North).

Ich habe 2 oder mehr Gutscheine von Euch. Wie kann ich die online einlösen?

Wie bei Onlineshops üblich kann aus technischen Gründen pro Kaufvorgang leider immer nur ein Gutschein eingelöst werden.

Unser Tipp: Wenn Du mehrere Gutscheine hast und mehrere Artikel bestellen willst, dann bestelle die Artikel einzeln! So kannst Du für jeden Artikel einen Gutschein einlösen!
(Da wir innerhalb Deutschlands ja immer versandkostenfrei versenden, fallen hier keine zusätzliche Kosten für Dich an! Am besten schreibst Du uns in den Bestellkommentar, dass Du mehrfach bestellt hast, dann übersehen wir es nicht und packen alles in einen Karton, so dass Du nur eine Lieferung erhältst.
Für internationale Lieferungen müssten wir VOR einer Zahlung die Versandkosten anpassen.)
