Das Messen der wichtigsten Maße ist schnell und einfach getan und vermeidet Enttäuschungen! Wir arbeiten aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung mit den Größen der „Leitländer der Mode“ (= Italien & Frankreich). Dadurch fällt alles kleiner aus, als viele vielleicht gewohnt sind.
Oder wenn jemand bei uns normalerweise XL hat und jetzt M bestellt, weil es gerade reduziert ist und „vielleicht passt es ja", dann ist das auch nicht wirklich sinnvoll (kürzlich so passiert!).
Ein Umtausch oder eine Rücksendung ist niemals ein Problem für uns.
