Our shipping is discreet!
Nothing suggests the content, our "sister shop" Bonfim.de acts as sender.
No chance for curious family members, neighbors, work colleagues...
Our promise:
Every (paid) order that reaches us Monday to Friday until 14:00, we ship the same day!
(Sometimes it's even possible around 15:00, but we can't guarantee that).

(*) Conditions for the Express shipping:
1. your order reaches us until 14:00h on a working day (Mon-Fri), otherwise the shipment takes place at the latest on the next working day.
2. prices above are valid for addresses in Germany (mainland), EU and CH. Other countries on request. These must be calculated individually according to weight and volume.
3. you pay by credit card, Paypal, Apple or Google Pay. With prepayment, we ship immediately after receipt of payment. However, please consider the bank transit time, which may be several business days and is not our responsibility!
4. to regular customers we also ship "on account": please order normally and call us afterwards, we will change the shipping method immediately!
5. please make sure that DHL can deliver your package, i.e. that someone is present and can accept your package! We do not recommend shipping to a packing station, post office or similar!
xxx (**) DHL Express
Unfortunately, DHL Express increased all prices to such an extent that we were forced to switch to an intermediary ("consolidator"). However, this broker does not offer all services. We are currently looking for an economically reasonable alternative.

Export delivery
The delivery is made with DHL/Deutsche Post and has to be cleared through customs. This is done by DHL or DHL's partner in the respective country for you and collects the accrued customs amount including any import sales tax directly from you upon delivery.
